5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund by credit to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your service to a different date or participant at no extra fee. If the service is labeled as non-refundable due to special custom scheduling or resource allocation, no refund will be possible because resources have been reserved exclusively for you in advance.
5.2 Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery of digital items, requests for cancellation and refund must be made within 48 hours of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain in original condition with packaging intact. After we have received the shipped back item, we will process your refund by crediting your original payment method within 10 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.
